Shipping Method above refers to method used to mail your reservations, tickets and tour packet. Refund Policy: The company is not responsible for trip/tour cancellation resulting from natural causes, disasters, acts of God, war or any other reason beyond the company's control. All requests for refund are subject to final audit and approval by Superfishal Charters LLC. Any refunds due will be made back to the original form of payment used at time of booking/reservation. Due to the nature of credit card billing, it is possible that a customer may receive a credit but the credit may not appear on the customer credit card billing statement until the following month. All charges/credits will appear on cardholder's statement as Superfishal Charters, LLC.
